How many people can fit in the space?
Our space can accommodate a maximum of 50 people.
Is there a bathroom?
We have one all-gender bathroom. If you host an event with more than 40 people, you may want to rent a portable restroom for outside.
Do you provide food or alcohol?
We do not cater food or alcohol, but we have great connections with other local businesses that can help you. We have a 30 and 50-amp outlet outside for a food truck. These businesses must carry their own ABC license to provide alcohol and should also hold their liability insurance.
Are you wheelchair-accommodating?
Unfortunately, the space is currently not wheelchair accessible. The only entrance into the chapel/main area has six steps. If this prevents you from considering our space, please speak to us. We can build or rent an access ramp for the day.
What is the parking situation?
Our parking lot can hold approximately 19 cars, If you plan to have over 19, don't hesitate to contact Robbie at High Country Black Car & Limo. They are an excellent shuttle service. We can also arrange a nearby overflow parking area, ask us for details.
Do you require event insurance?
Maybe. We require anyone hosting an event that will serve alcohol to hold event insurance. 1-day coverage can be purchased from various insurance companies for around $75 a day. Here are some companies to consider: Eventsured, Progressive, Wedsure or Wells Insurance.
What’s the temp?
We have a heater connected to wifi which we can turn on remotely before your arrival time but you can also adjust as needed while you are in the studio. The heater is old and does take some time to warm the space up, so it may be a bit chilly when you arrive. We do not have AC, but the studio has an amazing cross breeze when windows are open on both sides.
Do you have a kitchen?
We do not have a kitchen, but we have a 30 & 50 amp hook-up in the parking lot for a food truck to cater your event.
Can we have a tent?
Maybe. Small tents are allowed for your vendors or other service needs. We do not have enough land to have a large reception tent. However, there is enough room for ceremony chairs or gathering tables outside.
Do you have any packages available?
We can create a customized package based on your needs. Just let us know how many guests you would like to have, and we will put together an all-inclusive quote and service provider options.
Can I rent your dinnerware?
Yes, please do! You may rent our dinnerware items. The price you see on the website is for a 3-day rental. One day to pick up, one day to use and one day to return the items. Email us with your desired items and dates and we will send you a quote/estimate. We may be able to deliver, fees applly.
